ART

In November 2021, Helena first encountered a piece of Anna Master’s art entitled “Adonis” at Bartoux gallery in central London. Taking her breath away as a physical image representing Helena's floral poetry/music, Helena reached out to Anna and thus began a friendship of rich exchange.

At Helena's mention for Anna to create a symmetrical piece with the petals, Anna took inspiration and made this piece entitled, Fritillary Kaleidoscope.

Robin Reckitt, a landscape watercolour and pastel artist based in Winchcombe, had always wanted to paint his version of Mona Lisa.

In 2011, Robin saw Helena’s photograph in the brochure of the Winchcombe Festival of Music and Arts.

Inspired by the photograph taken by Stuart Key Photography, Robin proceeded to secure permission and paint the picture of his imagination’s impression.

In May 2013 Alison Henry delivered a one day portraiture demonstration at the Winds of Change Gallery in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire, as part of the Winchcombe Festival of Music and Arts.  Helena - a poet and composer based in Gloucestershire - agreed to sit for the day.  The piece was finished from photographs in the studio.
